Thanks for your enquiry - some buildings have the car spot attached to the apartment title but this car spot has separate title by itself & there are people who have car spots in this building who do not have an apartment in the building. We sold a lower level one a couple of years ago (for $165,000) whereby the owner's lawyer had checked out the same question you have before listing the spot & said there is no clause saying you have to own an apartment in the building.
