Q. You quote a 6% return but what are the costs? GST? Management Fee? Stamp duty? Other?

There is outgoing costs for the owner. The carparks are managed by MAB and Net cost is zero.

MAB actually manages these carparks, so there isn't any outgoings for the carpark. I have the relative terms and it is binded as a large book. If you live near the Melbourne city, I'm happy to drop by to show you the documents.
