Q. Hi, I work in St.Kilda rd 468, how close this is? 10 min walk?
Hi, Thanks for your question. I have gone to whereis.com.au and checked the distance, and it is almost exactly 1km when you walk through Fawkner Park. So how long that takes depends on how brisk the walk! I walk to Albert Road/Kings Way, which takes me 15 minutes. Regards, David

Q. Hi, To what extent is your parking spot undercover? Thanks. Steve
Dear Steve Thanks for your enquiry. The spot is under a carport. One side is a brick wall, the other is the extension of the carport for 2 more cars and the only open part is where the car enters the spot.
