Just wondering exactly how close it is to the walkway to the city. I am interested in leasing this from 12 June and walking to the city, however was wondering if you are negotiable on price, i currently lease a spot in Pyrmont and it is a fully lockable garage for $160 per month.

i don not konw which place u want go in city, walk to china town is 5 mins, walk to townhall station is 10 mins. walk to daling harbour is 1 min. my car park is secure. if u can rent a year, i can accept 160/month.
