Q. Hello,
I am just wondering whether the car space is still avaliable for lease? Also how is payment arranged? I am looking to lease the car space for 6 months however once the 6 months are up do you have the option to keep leasing out the car space for another 6 months or once the lease is up it just becomes avaliable to someone else?
I am very interested seeing as though I work full time in the CBD and a permanent car space would be ideal.

The car park is the Care Park complex in Franklin Street and not far from the intersection of Franklin Street and Swanson Street. I believe early bird all day parking is $12 to $15 per day but keep in mind if you go ahead with the lease you are able to park 24/7 and will be given a swipe card for access at any time. If you wish to discuss further my mobile is 0410057753.Entrance to the car park is the Care Park ramp entrance in Franklin Street.
