yes they are. these spaces are all currently let at $220pcm. Congestion Levy applies to all public car park spaces at $820 pa each space.

THE SPACES ARE CURRENTLY LET AT $210 PCM EACH. OUTGOINGS ARE ABOUT $500 PA PLUS THE CONGESTION LEVY OF $820 IF THEY ARE USED FOR PUBLIC CAR PARKING, NOT LEVIABLE TO OWNER OCCUPIERS. WILL SELL SEPARATELY IF INTERESTED IN JUST ONE SPACE.

Q. Hi
Just got a couple of questions about these carparks.
What is the outgoing expenses ?
Do you manage them and what are your fees ?
Is this just a multi story carpark only (No Appartments) ?

expenses per space are rates $80 pa, body corp $250 pa. i do not manage the spaces they are basically self managed just pay the outgoings and rent is paid into a bank account. my space is not with Car Care so there are no contracts. it has been easy finding tenants at $210 - $230 pcm it seems that there is a big demand for car spaces. i think that there are permits to build apartments on top of car park which definetley will increase demand if it foes ahead. car park is six or seven story high. car spaces are on the 4th floor.
