Q. Hi Thanks for that information... Are you open at all for price negotiation? Is this the best price for the carpark? I am asking because depending on the different locations in the city I will probably need to use the tram to get there.. thanks :)

I am not sure what they charge in the city for parking in comparison to my space and a $26 weekly met card (they are great if you need to move around quickly- unlimmited train, bus and tram!). However, it may be easier for you to find a park in the city if you require your car during the day though. I had many people enquire about the space whilst I was overseas and I didn't reply to them in time. Thus it is not logical for me to reduce the price. It works out very well for someone who works in this area or uses trams and the city loop train regardless of where the car is parked. ($140 X 12 months, /365 = $4.60 per day. - cheaper than on street parking plus you don't have to do laps trying to find a park, it is 24 hour access, undercover security and weekends included. I want the person to find the park convenient for them and for it to be cheaper that other parking so they are happy.

Q. Hello I am looking for a car park, i work in southgate on 60 city road but I am mobile within the city area. Sometimes I finish late, after 7pm so I was wondering whether it is safe to walk to the carpark at that time..Thanks in advance vicki

Yes. It is extremely safe. I walk everywhere in the dark (obviously I have no car) The Victoria Barracks is accross the road, so there isn't ever going to be a problem- you could imagine there would be surveillance cameras. Channel 7 is also up the road with security and we have our own security guards as well.
