What types of car parks qualify?
All of them. Over the last 10 years we’ve listed over 30,000 spaces of all shapes and sizes - from uncovered off street to secure undercover spaces and lock up garages. We list commercial spaces, spaces on behalf of venues as well as local and multinational businesses.

How much does it cost to list my spot?
We keep things simple and charge a one off listing fee of $5. for 3 months. We don’t charge a monthly commission because really, car parks would have to be the lowest maintenance property on the planet. Think about it – what are we going to do each month that justifies us getting paid a percentage of your rent? Our fee is in return for providing you with a platform to promote your space nationally and supporting you with general and technical information.

How much can I rent my car park for?
The price is set by you. To be competitive there needs to be a price incentive for drivers to choose you over another option. To get you started we have a guide for you here. It takes into consideration location - by far the biggest determinate of price. – convenience and security.

Common sense tells you that if you are close to the CBD, train station, entertainment precinct or university your space is at a premium. We suggest looking at other advertisers on our site as well as comparative commercial and metered parking rates to work out what is right for you. Remember, whatever cash you make is yours to keep. How do I connect with drivers?
Once you have listed your spot, an interested driver will contact you to make an enquiry which opens up the dialogue between you. This can be done online or over the phone. You can ask questions, discuss times, payment terms (eg Cash or bank transfer each week or month). We provide a standard contract to formalise arrangements (click here).

You control which requests get accepted or declined.

How to I get paid for a booking?
You are in control. Once you have made a connection with a driver and agreed times and price you set your preferred payment method (cash or bank transfer) and frequency (daily, weekly or monthly). Power to the people

How do I halt my listing?
Once your car park is rented or you simply no longer wish to lease it out, simply log in to your account and select ‘Unlist’. It's very straightforward but you can contact us on 1300 768 668 if you need help.

My car park is no longer available, how do I advise the driver?
At the time of the Enquiry contact details are exchanged. Simply contact the driver and settle the term by advising last day available and whether there is any rent outstanding.

How to I contact the car park owner and secure my space?
Simply click on the Listing, hit the Enquiry button and send your message. The car park owner will be notified and will respond. If you have not received a response from the owner within 24 hours please contact us on 1300 768 668 and we will get you connected.

How do I pay the car park owner?
Once you have exchanged information and agreed on price and payment terms simply transfer the money in the manner agreed (eg cash or bank transfer). We provide a standard contract to formalise arrangements (click here)

I no longer need the car park I am renting
At the time of the Enquiry contact details are exchanged. Simply contact the owner and settle the term by advising last day required and pay any fees outstanding.
