Rental Terms
Monthly rent is $300 plus GST payable monthly in advance plus a refundable $100 bond in total for two (2) access cards
Astor Terrace Car Park has 226 strata title car spaces and is centrally located within the expanding Spring Hill business district and is also close to the Brisbane CBD.
Staff are in attendance from 7 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday and security cameras operate continuously (24 hours/7 days) throughout the car park and card keys control vehicle and individual access after hours.
Tenants have 24 hour access 7 days a week.
