Staff are in attendance from 7 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday and security cameras operate continuously (24 /7) throughout the car park.
Tenants have 24 hour access 7 days a week and key cards control vehicle and individual access after hours.

Monthly rent is $300 plus GST payable monthly in advance (reduces to $275 per month including GST for 6 or 12 month payment in advance) plus a refundable $100 bond in total for two (2) access cards
