How it works

Whether the space is in a driveway, a garage or a commercial car park, and whether it’s for rent or for sale, it works the same way.

Renting or buying a space

  1. Search your area

Enter a suburb or postcode. Results include spaces within 5 km, with a price guide showing what spaces there usually cost.

  2. Ask a question or request the space

Send the owner a question, or ask to rent from a start date. Your message goes straight to them by email.

  3. Arrange it directly

You and the owner agree the price, bond, start date and access. Payments and the bond are between you and the owner; we don’t handle them.

Listing your space

  1. Describe it in four steps

The address, photos and details, your price, and how people can contact you. It takes about five minutes.

  2. Pay one flat fee

$14.95 + GST keeps your listing live for 12 months. No commission.

  3. Answer enquiries

Questions and rental requests arrive by email and in your account. You can publish useful answers on your listing.

When the space is taken, mark it as rented. When your listing is about to expire we’ll remind you, and you can relist in one click.
